The Orne Library is the main library at Miskatonic University, it is located next to the Quad. The entrance has a large Elder Sign inset into the floor. The library has a large Special Collections that houses many books, materials, and some artifacts. Many of them have occult significance.
There was at least one attempted theft of a latin translation of the Necronomicon. A large man named Watley wanted to remove it from the library but was not allowed; he later attempted to steal it but was not successful.
