Thoughts on the Documents

Dr. Rice was not present at the initial meeting with the investigators on August 23rd and took notes in shorthand. However, his position was echoed by Albert Wilmarth, namely that this may part of a mental breakdown on the part of Henry Armitage and that he, unknowingly, is creating the papers himself. He is the first to suggest watching Armitage to observe errant behavior.
